Jeremy Corbyn, Yanis Varoufakis, John McDonnell and Leo Panitch are just a few of the headline speakers at this year’s The World Transformed festival set to run alongside the 2019 Labour Party conference in Brighton later this month.

The four-day politics, arts and music event will run from Saturday 21 to Tuesday 24 September. It has a bigger programme than ever for its fourth edition with sessions on everything from political education to climate justice, left strategy, Brexit, feminism, film, foreign policy and much more.

There will also  be sport, theatre, music and activist training. Corbyn will speak at a rally on Saturday evening while his predecessor as Labour leader, Ed Miliband, hosts a pub quiz on the final night after launching ‘A Manifesto for the Movement’ with shadow chancellor McDonnell earlier that day.

The festival takes place across eight venues, while ticket prices vary from free for unwaged to a £50 ‘solidarity’ fee. Standard entry is £25 while it’s £15 for concessions.
